July 4:  BEULAVILLE JULY 4 FESTIVAL:
All day family affair on the grounds of the old Beulaville School on Broad St. Music, food, craft vendors, antique cars and more. Information:   910-298-4647.
November : WARSAW’S ANNUAL VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION: The nation’s oldest, continuous Veterans Day Celebration, November. Huge parade at 11am, barbecue lunch, street vendors, military displays, Veterans Museum tours and more. Information: 910-293-7804.
July– August : OPRY UNDER THE STARS: Saturdays at 8 pm, Kenan Memorial Amphitheater in Kenansville. Multi-talented entertainers present an evening reminiscent of Nashville’s famous “Grand Old Opry.”  Great music, comedy, and fun. Information: 800-793-3726 or 910-296-2345. November: KENANSVILLE THANKSGIVING PARADE: Annual parade held on Main Street. Begins at 3 pm. Information: 910-296-0369.
September, October: GOSPEL FEST: The stage at Kenan Memorial Amphitheater in Kenansville

November; December: CHRISTMAS IN THE COUNTRY: Seasonal music at its best in this popular Christmas stage show at Kenan Memorial Auditorium, Kenansville. Show time: 8pm. Tickets prices and information: 800-793-3726 or 910-296-2345.
September: (tentative schedule): DUPLIN COUNTY AGRIBUSINESS FAIR. Located at the Kenan Memorial Auditorium, Kenansville. Information: 910-296-2143. December: CANDLELIGHT CHRISTMAS TOUR OF LIBERTY HALL: Annual tour of Liberty Hall Plantation by candlelight. Guided tour of Kenan home decorated in 19th century style. Confederate encampment on the grounds. Reservations needed. 5 – 9pm. Information: 910-296-2175. Tickets $10.00.
September: DUPLIN WINERY 27th ANNUAL GRAPE STOMP: Duplin Winery in Rose Hill stages its 27th annual famous grape stomp on Saturday 9 – 5pm. Tickets $25, includes lunch. Information: 910-289-3888 or 800-774-9634. December: BEULAVILLE CHRISTMAS PARADE: Sunday, 4pm.
